Management team

Mr. Morales is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of Lone Star Security. He is a retired Lt Colonel, United States Air Force. He was the Assistant Director for the Houston Emergency Center and activated the Emergency Center in 2003. Mr. Morales is a former Harris County School Trustee, where he served on the Safe and Secure Committee. Mr. Morales has been involved in private security for over eight years consulting for three security guard companies.

His is a licensed professional protection officer, commissioned officer, security consultant and private investigator. Mr. Morales has a B.A. in Psychology, B.S. Computer Science and a M.S. in Space Operations. He is certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Texas Law Enforcement Telecommunication System and Emergency Disaster Preparedness
